On August 14, 2014 Brittany Murphy’s father, Angelo Bertolotti publicly declared his intent to sue Lifetime for its recently announced unauthorized biopic about his daughter.

In this exclusive interview with Examiner, Mr. Bertolotti shared new information about his continued pursuit of justice for Brittany Murphy and Simon Monjack.

FedEx delivers package with cocaine, heroin, meth to the wrong address

On October 15, 2014, Harris County sheriff's officials in Texas reported that three people have been arrested, after a FedEx package containing illicit drugs was delivered to the wrong address . The unintended recipient opened the box and found cocaine, heroin and methamphetamine. The resident notified authorities. Instead of the FedEx package full of drugs they were expecting, a Texas trio received an unwelcome visit from the police . Search of the premises unearthed approximately $100,000 worth of drugs, described as “a hodgepodge of cocaine, heroin, LSD, steroids, assorted prescription drugs and a whole bunch of guns," including an AR-15 rifle with a full 30-round clip and a military-grade night scope. Russians, Ukrainians, Americans march together in Los Angeles

A powerful march of peace and unity took place today in Los Angeles. Russians, Ukrainians and Americans came together for the March of Peace and Freedom. Organizers of this event stated: “We know that the power in the Kremlin does not represent the whole of Russia, nor all the Russian communities in foreign countries. Russian propaganda created a huge gap between Ukrainian and Russian people, bringing hostility and hatred, which will be passed on to the next generation if we do not act quickly.” They aim to stop the war between Russia and Ukraine, to defend the independence of Ukraine, and to restore intelligence and democracy in Russia. The march honored the memory of the late Boris Nemtsov and demanded the release of Nadiya Savchenko, Oleg Sentsov and other Ukrainian POW’s illegally held in Russian prisons.
