On the anniversary of Brittany Murphy’s death, her father continues to seek justice

On the third anniversary of Brittany Murphy’s death, her father Angelo “AJ” Bertolotti continues his quest to uncover the true cause of her untimely demise. His plight has been replete with numerous obstacles, but has finally reached a promising development.

Bertolotti is now represented by George G. Braunstein, Esq. in his lawsuit against the Office of the Coroner and the LAPD, seeking the release of specimens of Brittany’s hair and tissues (LA Superior Court Case No. BC476868). Braunstein was previously involved in legal matters pertaining to the autopsy of Sylvester Stallone’s son, Sage Stallone.

Bertolotti insists on having Brittany’s specimens independently tested, because he is skeptical of the official theory that his daughter and her husband died of pneumonia and anemia. Bertolotti believes that their symptoms (including sharp abdominal pain and vomiting) warrant proper testing for toxins and poisons. Deputy Chief Coroner Ed Winter publicly admitted that the Office of the Coroner did not conduct such tests, simply assuming that the couple’s deaths were “natural”. The LAPD collected Brittany’s hair samples, but did not test them either. The concerned father rushed to pay to have his daughter’s specimens preserved, since they were scheduled to be destroyed by the Office of the Coroner.

“I’m in disbelief that my simple request would turn into such an ordeal, since both the Coroner and the LAPD initially agreed to release the specimens, but later reneged on their promise,” said AJ Bertolotti. “Whether it exposes incompetence or corruption, I will continue moving forward to find out what truly caused Brittany’s death.”

Fleur De Lis Film Studios recently released documentary film, “Top Priority: The Terror Within” exposed stunning revelations about disturbing events surrounding the couple shortly prior to their untimely deaths. The film showcases the fact that Brittany Murphy and Simon Monjack were subjected to retaliatory terror tactics by the Department of Homeland Security, after Brittany was named as a witness in the case of a national security whistleblower Julia Davis. Julia was branded a “Domestic Terrorist” and was subjected to unprecedented retaliation (including the raid of her home with a Blackhawk helicopter/Special Response Team). Brittany Murphy and Simon Monjack have confided to The Hollywood Reporter that “they had to take extreme security precautions because they were under surveillance by helicopters and their phone was bugged”.

Reviewers and critics have commented that “Top Priority: The Terror Within” exposes “a pretty significant connection to Brittany Murphy”, is an “outstanding movie – one that exceeds every other modern documentary”, strives “to bring important truths to light”, “a story worth telling” that exposes “absurdities carried out under the guise of the Patriot Act”, “a flaming indictment of the Dept. of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Los Angeles Coroner's Office and even the Screen Actors Guild”,  “astonishing”, “an impressive hoard of corroborating visual and audio evidence — anchored by taped legal depositions from two creepy government suits”, “scurrilous ICE investigators Herbert Kaufer and Jeffrey Deal” with "more twists and turns… then all of the rides at Disneyland" in this "remarkable film that'll make you question your leaders."

After premiering at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, a theatrical release in New York and Los Angeles and winning the Best Picture award at the Off The Radar Film Festival, “Top Priority: The Terror Within” came out on DVD on December 12, 2012. "Top Priority: The Terror Within" comes out on DVD on 12/12/12

“Top Priority: The Terror Within” premiered at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences on May 16, 2012, followed by a theatrical release in New York and Los Angeles, despite ongoing efforts by the government and the mainstream media to silence this explosive documentary. This award-winning feature is now available on DVD.

National Security/Anti-Terrorism Expert, former Customs and Border Protection Officer Julia Davis was branded a “Domestic Terrorist” for exposing glaring shortcomings within the U.S. national security establishment. The film supports its powerful statement with incredible court rulings, hard hitting facts, video and audio recordings. There has never been a case of this magnitude, including a Blackhawk helicopter raid of the whistleblower’s residence with a Special Response Team, two malicious prosecutions and false imprisonments, four witness deaths, a Hollywood starlet, the mob working in concert with the Department of Homeland Security/Immigration and Customs Enforcement (DHS/ICE) to silence a brave truth-teller and her supporters.

Circumvent the mainstream media blackout and own a copy of this historical documentary that exposed a massive governmental cover-up, abuse of national security resources and a colossal waste of taxpayer dollars.

Top Priority” is a remarkable film that’ll make you question your leaders…”

Woman imprisoned, bank gets off for providing material support to the enemy

If you are a multi-national corporation that profits from hundreds of millions of dollars by trading with the enemy and laundering money for drug cartels, you can pay a penalty and keep on trucking. If you are an individual that provides material support to the enemy in the amount of $1,450 dollars, a prison term is imminent. If justice is not applied equally to all, is it truly justice?

Huffington Post article: "The Government, the Whistleblower and the Hollywood Starlet: Why a New Documentary Blames U.S. Department of Homeland Security for Brittany Murphy's Death"

When Brittany Murphy died back in 2009, many believed the actress's abuse of prescription drugs and historic eating disorders were to blame. But now a controversial documentary claims her demise was far more sinister.

Top Priority: The Terror Within tells the alleged true story of how Brittany was caught up in a government plot against a national security whistleblower.

Another conspiracy theory you may think but after speaking to the whistleblower and filmmaker Julia Davis the accusation does not seem so outlandish.

History Making Tell-All Documentary Top Priority: The Terror Within To Debut May 2012

Julia Davis Former Department of Homeland Security Whistleblower Speaks Out in Riveting Documentary

LOS ANGELES, May 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Creative visionary, John Schofield, who produced Academy Award-winning films such as Jerry Maguire, As Good As It Gets, and Ali, has produced the must-see documentary of 2012, Top Priority: The Terror Within (, which is premiering at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences on May 16, 2012.

Top Priority: The Terror Within, a documentary film by Fleur De Lis Film Studios, features the story of Julia Davis, a former federal officer of the Department of Homeland Security, who was falsely accused of being a domestic terrorist. Julia fought and prevailed as a whistleblower, in spite of insurmountable odds. She now untangles the web of secrets, divulging the untold series of events that were never supposed to reach media outlets.

This groundbreaking documentary investigates issues that have ignited controversy within our nation, like the USA Patriot Act, and illegal and unethical tactics that are improperly used against law-abiding Americans. The authenticity of this documentary questions our national security processes and ultimately civil and women's rights. Top Priority: The Terror Within is slated to be the most widely recognized historical documentary of the year.

On July 4, 2004, Julia Davis reported a national security breach at the largest land border crossing in the U.S. and the world, of which the Department of Homeland Security failed to act on her reports. After hearing of highly suspicious entries of aliens from terrorist countries into the U.S. on July 4th of that year, the Department of Homeland Security opened a total of 54 investigations against Julia Davis, making her their top priority.

This stunning documentary, directed by Asif Akbar, exposes the anomalous degree of abuse under the guise of the PATRIOT Act in the case of Julia Davis. It details unprecedented retaliation by the Department of Homeland Security, perpetrated at the expense of American taxpayers, including land and aerial surveillance, wiretaps, OnStar tracking and other measures implemented against Julia and her family.

Top Priority: The Terror Within contains actual footage of the Blackhawk helicopter/ Special Response Team raid of the Davis home, videotaped witness statements and extensive court records. After years of litigation, Julia Davis, vindicated, now speaks out informing the public of her epic phenomenon. She currently serves as a National Security/Anti-Terrorism Expert and legal expert witness in employment issues, alongside the most prominent truth-tellers with the National Whistleblowers Center in DC.

The premiere of Top Priority: The Terror Within will take place on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Beverly Hills, CA.
