On the third anniversary of Brittany Murphy’s death,
her father Angelo “AJ” Bertolotti continues his quest to uncover the true cause
of her untimely demise. His plight has been replete
with numerous obstacles, but has finally reached a promising development.
Bertolotti is now represented by George G. Braunstein, Esq.
in his lawsuit against the Office of the Coroner and the LAPD, seeking the
release of specimens of Brittany’s hair and tissues (LA
Superior Court Case No. BC476868). Braunstein
was previously involved in legal matters pertaining to the autopsy of Sylvester
Stallone’s son, Sage Stallone.
Bertolotti insists on having Brittany’s specimens independently
tested, because he is skeptical of the official theory that his daughter and
her husband died of pneumonia and anemia. Bertolotti believes that their symptoms
(including sharp abdominal pain and vomiting) warrant proper testing for toxins
and poisons. Deputy Chief Coroner Ed Winter publicly admitted that the Office
of the Coroner did not conduct such tests, simply assuming that the couple’s deaths
were “natural”. The LAPD collected Brittany’s hair samples, but did not test
them either. The concerned father rushed to pay to have his daughter’s
specimens preserved, since they were scheduled to be destroyed by the Office of
the Coroner.
“I’m in disbelief that my simple request would turn
into such an ordeal, since both the Coroner and the LAPD initially agreed to
release the specimens, but later reneged on their promise,” said AJ Bertolotti.
“Whether it exposes incompetence or corruption, I will continue moving forward
to find out what truly caused Brittany’s death.”
Fleur De Lis Film Studios recently released documentary film, “Top
Priority: The Terror Within” exposed stunning revelations about disturbing
events surrounding the couple shortly prior to their untimely deaths. The film
showcases the fact that Brittany Murphy and Simon Monjack were subjected to
retaliatory terror tactics by the Department of Homeland Security, after
Brittany was named as a witness in the case of a national security
whistleblower Julia Davis. Julia was branded a “Domestic Terrorist” and was
subjected to unprecedented retaliation (including the raid of her home with a
Blackhawk helicopter/Special Response Team). Brittany Murphy and Simon Monjack
have confided to The Hollywood
Reporter that “they had to take extreme security precautions because they were under
surveillance by helicopters and their phone was bugged”.
Reviewers and critics have commented
that “Top Priority: The Terror Within” exposes “a pretty significant connection
to Brittany Murphy”, is an “outstanding movie – one that exceeds every other
modern documentary”, strives “to bring important truths to light”, “a story
worth telling” that exposes “absurdities carried out under the guise of the
Patriot Act”, “a flaming indictment of
the Dept. of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the
Los Angeles Coroner's Office and even the Screen Actors Guild”, “astonishing”, “an impressive hoard
of corroborating visual and audio evidence — anchored by taped legal
depositions from two creepy government suits”, “scurrilous ICE investigators
Herbert Kaufer and Jeffrey Deal” with ”more twists and turns…
then all of the rides at Disneyland” in this “remarkable film that'll
make you question your leaders”.
After premiering at
the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, a theatrical release in New
York and Los Angeles and winning the Best Picture award at the Off The Radar
Film Festival, “Top Priority: The Terror Within” came out on DVD on December
12, 2012. It is now available exclusively through http://TopPriorityMovie.com/
